We want you to love your copy of A Puppy’s Tale. If something is not right, we will make it right.
Damaged or lost in the mail
If your book arrives damaged, or never arrives at all, email us at grant@apuppystalebook.com with your order details and we will send a replacement at no cost to you. You do not need to return the damaged copy. A photo is helpful but not required.
Returns
You may return your book within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The book should be in resellable condition, unmarked and with its original dust jacket. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the book arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.
To start a return, email grant@apuppystalebook.com and we will send you the return address.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and issue your refund to the original payment method within five business days. Depending on your bank, it can take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
Signed and personalized copies
Copies signed with a dedication to a specific name can still be returned within 30 days under the terms above.
